Dear Mike and Ray,

The unexpected Valvebox vacuum leak situation seems to get worse. Paul Orfin will try to gather the information and hold a meeting soooon. It seems that we really need your help to

try to deal with these leaks (i.e., fix them). I hope you’ll join our meeting and help us with all your experience and techniques, which we really need now.

Especially now that we don’t have much time left and we really need to fix this issue as soon as we can.
