Hi,
Pablo and his team (CAS) have found the problem to the firing board for the SCR, which fired the SCR randomly and caused the Power Supply Current to rise ...
eventually overheating pulled the temperature sensor of the crowbar. There are 2 channels on that board and we just need to use one. We're now switching
to another (good) one and Pablo wants some components to be soldered to be more firm. { The board was made in BNL ... not by BaBar. }
CAS team is doing all these and we may try ramping up the Magnet again at 3 pm or so --- from my interpretation of what I have been informed.

Hi Kin,
I can imagine a lot of different things causing this issue.
Let me know what you find out. Thanks.

Hi Pablo and Carl,
I’ve dumped into Elog (sPHENIX). But it seems that the PS_Current went to ~5000 A while Magnet_Current stayed put (close 4600 A),

Tim Costanzo et. al. are working …
