We just "hacked" into the CERN team's computer and read outputFile.txt (and discussed with them).

I just "grepped" the B-field rows (Bx, By, Bz) :

You can see that the maximum field is about 1.4 T, like what you simulated !!!! 😀   Last week, John Haggerty put in

his very old probe --- which hasn't been calibrated for ages and was also used in the high-field-test and got 1.25-1.26 T.

Now we can definitely say that that probe was badly calibrated.   

We'll have more detailed comparison with your simulation (in distribution) but it's good at the 0^th order.

Hi,

On the pet page/Logview, the temperature seemed to rise to 48/49 C (see Log view page attached) since sometime on Monday.  But ( from the water group webpage and) from the PLC screen in front of the power supply, it still said 24/25 C.

Tim told me that you should be reading the same thing as the PLC ...

Do you understand what it's going on ?
