For those of you who asked us to help on the hotel reservation, you should have received the hotel reservation. All of you who are coming to Berkeley should also have received the shuttle/gate pass. If you don't, please let us know and we should resolve it asap.

We hope you all have a nice trip to Berkeley and see you all on Tuesday.

If you decide to come, please drop us a line if you haven't and we will send you the shuttle/gate passes for you to enter the lab or board the bus. If you need any assistance with hotel room reservation, feel free to contact us too.

We are working on the the agenda items. But by default, if you are leading the writing on some parts of the pre-proposal, we will include you by default as a speaker on that part. The agenda is expected to be posted on the web site within a couple of days.

We hope to see most of you here at Berkeley. Thank you.

Hi All,

Happy New Year 2017!

As some of you might know that we are planning for a two-day workshop on the sPHENIX MAPS MIE proposal to DOE during January 24-25, 2017 at LBNL.
This is after the  MAPS MIE workfest of January 5-7 at Santa Fe. The goal of this meeting is to complete the proposal and make sure it is ready for submission to DOE in early February. You are all invited to join the discussion.

We will send out the draft program soon. Some of the logistic info can be found at the workshop website: [https://sites.google.com/lbl.gov/sphenixmaps2017/]. In case you have any question regarding logistics, lodging and driving directions at Berkeley, for example, please feel free to let us know. In order to prepare for your pass to LBNL please inform us of your travel information as soon as possible.
