All, especially Ming,

an off-topic technical thing  -  we should book all BJ meetings as
"moderator-less". This way, the meeting can start whenever, rather than
waiting for the moderator to kick it off. It's an option in the
"advanced" section, and there you can also make this the default (also
set the "mute on entry" option as default while you're at it).
