Deal all,

Several people asked me about registration fee for partial participation of the MVTX/Tracking workfest on the last day (10/7) and the full sPHENIX collaboration meetings (10/8-10).

LANL conference office has managed to allow special rate for this case - use the discount code “sphenix127” for a reduce registration fee. The number is limited and if you experience any problems, please let me know.

Dear all,

As announced at last Friday’s sPHENIX general meeting, the next sPHENIX collaboration meeting will be held in Santa Fe, NM, 12/8-10, 2017.

Also, there will be two pre-meetings:

MVTX full proposal writing workfest: 12/5-7, 2017;

One-day sPHENIX tracking workfest: 12/7, 2017.
