Dear all,

Thanks for everyone’s great effort, I think the MVTX full proposal is in a pretty good shape,

We would like to ask everyone to read, comment/edit the draft in coming days till Jan 1, 2018.

We will do last round of edit on Jan 2rd before release it to the sPHENIX collaboration for further comments.

Here is the draft schedule for submission plan discussed at collaboration meeting:

- MVTX group preparation: --- 1/1/2018

- sPHENIX comment period: 1/3-10, 2018

- 2^nd round of edit by MVTX group: 1/10-17, 2018

- ALD feedback period: 1/17-24, 2018

- final edit: 1/24-28, 2018

- ready for submission to DOE: 1/29(Mon), 2018
