HI all,

Very good discussions of roles of MVTX and INTT in tracking and vertex finding.

A quick summary of discussions from this afternoon’s MVTX/INTT/Tracking discussions:

 

  1. event vertex seeding:

seed vertex resolution ~60um; will check seed vertex resolution and efficiency for

  1. MB QCD events with pileups;
  2. B-Bbar events with pileups;
  3. Two in-time events, with dZ = 0.5cm, 0.1cm
  1. Pile up with longer MVTX integration time, +/-5uS

Check fake TPC track rejection factors with various INTT and MVTX hit matches

 

Use “reconstructed seed vertex” to check fake TPC track rejection, with INTT/MVYX matching
