Dear Xiaochun, James and all, add sPHENIX MVTX list,
Amazing work, wonderful! This will make offline analysis with specific runs a much easier job!
FYI – for the 2nd test beam, we used “calib” instead of “longrun” since they are for calibration purpose. It would be great if you can process them too 😉
About the MVTX stave material budget, these are ALICE production staves (and identical for MVTX for the sensitive volume). Walt could provide you the engineering drawings if needed, and they are correctly modeled in the current sPHENIX MVTX GEANT geometry, very complicated geometry though, with average thickness ~ 0.3% X0.
For fun, here is a recent paper from ALICE about the stave material budget and distribution, https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1748-0221/14/05/P05003/meta
Cheers, Ming

Dear Ming and all,
We are slowly and carefully updating the wiki page. James Shirk (one of our talented undergraduate students) and a high school students did most of the work. As a starter, the run list can be found from the link below:
https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/Run_List
Since there is no simply way of viewing pdf file, I made a link to the offline version of the eLog here: https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/Test_beam_in_2019_at_FNAL
Do you have the detailed material budget of the staves we used in the beam test?
Cheers, Xiaochun --

Hi Xiaochun, Sounds nice! Where did you post the pdf version? I couldn’t find it easily form the wiki page, 2019 test beam, https://wiki.bnl.gov/sPHENIX/index.php/MAPS-based_Vertex_Detector_(MVTX)#Test_beam_in_2019_at_FNAL

Dear Ming,
I also downloaded a pdf version of the eLog and loaded to the wiki.
More later, Xiaochun

Hi Sanghoon, Xiaochun and all,
Since some people don’t have both Ferilab and RCF accounts to access the MVTX e-log, I have posted a dump here,
Thanks Yasser for producing them.
Cheers, Ming

Hi Sanghoon, add Xiaochun,
That is great! Run related test beam information can be found here, http://ftbfbnl01.fnal.gov:7815/MVTX/
Here is an instruction from Marin how to access from outside of Fermilab, https://www.phenix.bnl.gov/WWW/publish/mxliu/sPHENIX/LDRD/Telescope/mpdg_notes_2019_Fermilab_TestBeam.pdf

Hi Ming,
Thanks for the information. I think I'll be able to look at the data from the next week after coming back from the IS2019.
By the way, is there any wiki page where I find details on the testbeam? It looks like there are not much information in the following page.
Best, Sanghoon
