sPHENIX MAPS tracker discussion

Dear Leaders of institutions involved in the MVTX project, 

we are trying to see what person power we have available to take part between 
now and May in the ITS/ALICE surface commissioning. This effort is the 
learning-exercise for MVTX, so all in all important to get organized and get 
involved fast. 

We have in mind to get as many people as possible work on an as diverse array 
of tasks/shifts as possible, so when we get to MVTX we have a little bit of 
know-how in as many aspects as possible. The first step is just to know what 
person power is available (then we can discuss with ALICE ITS people and 
organize the contribution in a meaningful and efficient way). 

So, could you please **fill by end of this week** the google sheet [1] we put 
up, trying to provide the person power available between now and May in your 
group, that can dedicate some time to work on ALICE/ITS?
