UT Austin people have already taken several shifts in the commissioning that
don't seem to be reflected in your spreadsheet. I am also permanently
stationed here at CERN as part of the core commissioning team from ITS

Hi ...
while the contribution of the 3 MIT people is substantial and should be
acknowledged, beside some potential people from LANL to take shifts a couple
of weeks this year, no other institution 'volunteered' personpower to
contribute to the ALICE commissioning so far [1].

If the situation doesn't change, it's likely we are positioning ourselves in
a dire situation with the MVTX...
