Dear all,

We will skip this week’s MVTX bi-weekly and resume in 2 weeks, 12/6.

 

Quick updates on MVTX project progress:

• Updating MVTX PMP based on feedback from BNL project office , Ed/Ming et al
• LANL, LBNL working on project fund transfer paperwork,
• CAD working on beampipe extension design, the fabricator of the original pipe “Materion Corp” will do the rework
• MVTX carbon structure design being finalized by MIT/LANL, preparation for quote from LBNL,  Insertion mock up in progress
• Summary of mechanical design meeting at BNL from last week, https://indico.bnl.gov/event/7078/
