I believe that the point of contact is meant to be someone
responsible for the ALPIDE at its specific location. At FNAL
that would probably be Ming rather than Mandy. I can not
imagine that a FNAL person would want to take property-related
responsibility for equipment brought in by outside users. Thanks.
