MVTX FELIX RCDAQ plugin:

New  function to sent Start Of Trigger and End Of Trigger GBT words from SWT protocol to RU, using new  TTC emulator module in the felix firmware was implemented and tested.

With this functionality we don't need to enable/disable the RU <-> FELIX data flow to begin/end the run so SWT communication is always active during and after the run.

 

MVTX FELIX firmware update:

I found a limitation in the swt communication. I use a 16 depth FIFO for write/read SWT communication. This is fine for most of slow control operation but in some case we accumulate a serial of transaction in the same commit. Then we got an issues in those cases, e.g. when we want to read trigger-handler counters. I increase the FIFO depth to 128 in both cases and it fixed the issue.
