1) half-detector shipping:

- Check with the shipping company about any tracking devices used, air tag may not be critical if they already have their tracking device. Decision in next 24 hrs. We already have other T/P/Shock loggers (from stave shipping) installed.

- Cameron arrange a) technician/other experts to open the box at BNL to check for any issues with shipping; b) train Zhaozhong ( and maybe another postdoc at BNL) for fast 10-min MOSAIC stave QA this week.

- if QA okey, ship the 2^nd half detector asap, to be ready for the insertion mockup 10/31- 11/2 @912, with Corrado + BNL survey crew

2) insertion mock up - a) Cameron contact BNL survey crew about 3-D scanning preparation and schedule; b) Camelia/Jim arrange a pre-meeting with Corrado, to discuss the plan and schedule 

3) Camelia already asked Simon to order granoc, $14K   

4) Follow up with PLC arrival time (OB16 ~ ETA end of Oct. ?)

5) CAEN sensor and CANBUS cables, LBNL

6) Cooling system - LANL is testing the 2nd system with new filters etc. The 4th ChillDyn system sent to BNL 

7) sPHENIX End of Game review, Oct. 13 -14
