Hi Jo,

Besides the topics you have already listed, we could also discuss the half-detector commissioning plan … readiness for online decoding, QC monitoring, cosmic analysis etc.

Cheers,

Ming

Please join us for the next weekly MVTX Electronics meeting tomorrow 10 November 20 22 at 13:30 EST with the usual agenda:

https://indico.bnl.gov/event/17415/

I am not sure if there are any international participants, just in case, the US went back to “standard” time this weekend.

For the agenda I would like to discuss the arrangement of the slow controls components and especially what to store in the central sPHENIX database and what we could possibly maintain in an MVTX database instead (e.g. do we need any of the DBLogger items that are currently kept in the central database for analysis?). So it would be good if the software people let us know what all will be necessary to be kept centrally for all of sPHENIX to access. We also should work a bit on getting a schema ready for the configuration database (which in fact will be used for ITSCommLayer configuration as well), and how to maintain this one (centrally, or local only to MVTX)

The zoom link for this meeting is listed in the  indico page, but for convenience I am also listing it here:

Talk to you tomorrow,

Jo
