About the mechanical work – setup the mechanical mockup of MVTX + INTT + BP for feasibility study, will be likely in the 2^nd half of September:

BNL techs will work on South access next week 9/4-8 during the QM conference, removing sEPS etc., and MVTX folks can access IT from Monday 9/11 to work on checing connectors/cables.

 

We can discuss MVTX work plan in today’s meeting.

Who will be available at BNL when access to the South end of the magnet becomes available? Are the magnet doors currently open, will scaffolding be available on the South end, what about the possibility of having certain detectors removed to have better access? What do we expect to accomplish?
