I Have updated the MVTX installation team to reflect a change requested by Grazyna that LBL should be LBNL.

Subject: Submit an abstract to the 2024 Tracking Detector Mechanics Forum

Greetings, there will be a Forum held in May at Purdue University on tracking Detector Mechanics, the link to this forum follows;

https://indico.cern.ch/event/1336746/overview

I am thinking of submitting an abstract to this meeting on the assembly and installation of he MVTX detector into sPHENIX. As you all know there were many folks involved in this effort I have attached a Word document withal of those I would consider contributors to this effort. In addition I have also attached a possible abstract that I am looking for comments on – please feel free to do so. The abstract submission deadline is March 29th, 2024.

Look forward to hearing back from you –

Cheers,

Walter
