sPHENIX discussion of physics

Hello sPHENIX,

My proceedings for SQM are attached, the submission deadline is
September 15th.  I have updated the section on the tracking to reflect
the recent tracking review, even though this occurred after the
conference I feel it would be better to give the current status.
However, if it is thought that this is not correct, I would be happy
to change it.  I have a little more room to include additional details
if desired, depending on what can be shared with the public.  I will
add a few more citations, however I wanted to give people a chance to
comment on the content.  I welcome all comments!
