Quark Matter 2023 will take place in Houston, Texas Sept 3-9, 2023. The conference abstract deadline is May 1st. The Speakers Bureau is soliciting proposals for poster abstracts to be submitted. If you are interested in presenting a poster at the conference please fill in the google form below with a proposed title and your name/email by 5pm on Monday April 17.

The Speakers bureau with work with Topical Group conveners and detector L2 managers to finalize the poster list and will contact selected poster authors soon after April 17 so that they can proceed proceed to write the abstract and have it approved by the Collaboration.

I encourage all IB representatives to discuss this opportunity with their students and postdocs and make sure they submit a proposal if they are interested.
