Subject: Poster abstracts due on Friday April 21

 

Everyone who submitted a poster proposal is approved to submit a poster abstract for Quark Matter. Dennis Perepelitsa will be in touch to resolve the very few potential overlaps since there were 30 poster proposals, the full list is in the spreadsheet attached to the sPHENIX QM23 agenda page at https://indico.bnl.gov/event/19188/

We need to quickly write abstracts and circulate them to the relevant lists. Abstracts have to be approved by the Collaboration and the sPHENIX rule is that they have to be circulated a week before the submission deadline. Authors, please prepare an abstract and circulate it to the relevant group for approval (either the topical group or detector/software group) by noon Friday April 21.
