Dear quarkonia and heavy flavor enthusiasts,

We would like to thank everyone that has put together notes for their Quark
Matter posters. The talks and posters have to be submitted to Invenio by
Thursday August 24th for collaboration circulation. With this in mind, we
will skip the meeting on Monday August 21st to allow people to work on their
posters.

Our next meeting will take place on Monday, August 28th at 10am ET. The aim
of this meeting will be to go over the QM posters and talk as a group before
the next collaboration meeting.

As a last note, there will be a 3 day pre-QM collaboration meeting at BNL
from August 30th to September 1st. August 30th is the last date for plot
approvals for QM.

We will send a reminder email later next week with Indico and zoom details.
