Dear Jin and All,
Thanks again for the nice suggestions. Antonio found a bug in the
D^0 truth eta calculation in ResonanceJet module, which caused the large deviation between the D^0 truth eta and reco. eta. Now this bug has been fixed. We have updated the associated plots and added the plots suggested by Jin. Please see the updated analysis note (v4) and the updated plots in the following Invenio link:

Further suggestions and comments are very welcome!
