Thanks for the updated slides. In general, I think they’re really good and will give a good overview of our HF jet program. I have a few small comments:

• On slide 6, the INTT z vertex plot is very blurry for me. Maybe it’s an artifact of the upload, I’ve seen this before, but we should check that it is clear for the presentation. I would also emphasize on the plot that this is INTT-only with a label.

 

• On slides 7 and 8, the plots are also blurry so we should just double check that the resolution is OK.

 

• Slide 8, you have the same comment twice “Use D0 tagged jets to study charm jet kinematics”. You could remove the repeat from the second instance which may give you more space to play with or could emphasize your point stronger.

 

• Slide 9, “Calorimeter + full tracking system is projected to reach ~30% of BUP24 luminosity” you could probably say that we did reach 30% of the luminosity for the open HF program. Maybe some people think that’s bad to only get to 30% but its more open HF data than RHICs had recorded before, and we were originally going to record the open HF data over 5 months but we did 30% in a little over 1 month. I think there are ways we can emphasize the success of the run and how we operated beyond our predictions.

 

• Slide 10, Maybe we could rephrase “All sPHENIX detectors are under operation for the 2024 p+p physics data taking.” To something like “All sPHENIX detectors operated successfully for the 2024 p+p physics data taking.” Or “All sPHENIX detectors are under operation for the 2024 AuAu commissioning period”, or something like this?

 

• “The heavy flavor jet tagging algorithm have been developed in the sPHENIX software and will optimized in real data.”, I think should be “The heavy flavor jet tagging algorithms have been developed in the sPHENIX software and will be optimized in real data.”
