Dear sPHENIX colleagues,

In consultation with the TG Conveners, we have drafted a number of proposed
parallel talk abstracts for the Quark Matter 2025 conference, running 6-12
April 2025 in Frankfurt, Germany.

In total, we propose to submit 10 physics + 2 AI/ML + 2 instrumentation = 14
abstracts for parallel talks. As discussed in the PCMs and TG meetings, the
abstracts are meant to be aggressive but still realistic within the given
timeline.

The abstract deadline is Friday, November 15th, so please post any comments
by the end of Wednesday, November 13th.

Additionally, those of you who submitted draft QM’25 poster abstracts should
