I see thanks!
Also, I have another question.
Are the runs still processing below 42000?
We have two runs we want to compare the zero suppression mode for the calorimeters 41938 vs 41939 but I only see 41939.
Is it possible they are still awaiting?

Best,
Jaebeom

It's possible. We see a lot of data corruption for runs < 41000.
Later runs are much more stable. Have a look at runs ~42000.

Hi Sahsa,

I think it happens to some of the runs. I wonder if this is because it fails the event combining.
For example, I see the nonempty vertex objects for run 40857 and but it seems they are empty for 40874.

Jaebeom

Hi JaeBeom,
Sorry for a late reply, the global vertex map should be there, at least
the GlobalVertexReco is being run in the production macro.
Let me have a look.

Hi Sasha, thanks a lot for the nice info!
Perhaps it’s only on my side but is it expected that I don’t see any globalvertexmap? They seem all empty.

I am the node like this :  GlobalVertexMap *globalvtxmap = findNode::getClass<GlobalVertexMap>(topNode,"GlobalVertexMap");

Hello all,

We have re-run calorimeter event combining with new libraries
which fix a bug related to zero suppression. The new output  was used
to run full calorimeter reconstruction (including zdc and mbd) up
to clustering.

A list of fully reconstructed calorimeter data is available from CreateDstList.pl
But if you have problems with it, look in
/sphenix/lustre01/sphnxpro/commissioning/slurp/caloy2test/

Please have a look and let us know if there are any problems. The
sooner we catch them, the sooner we can fix them.

Also, if there are some missing runs which you want to be produced,
please let us know.

Sasha.
