Hi folks,
the simulations for the calorimeters (where we don't really need pileup) are done. The outdated sims were removed, so you will get the up to date sims. Run 21 uses the vertex distribution for the 0mRad beam crossing, run 22 is 1.5mRad.
For both runs we have 10M events each of these types:
11 : JS pythia8 Jet ptmin = 30GeV
12 : JS pythia8 Jet ptmin = 10GeV
26 : JS pythia8 Detroit
27 : JS pythia8 Photonjet ptmin = 5GeV
28 : JS pythia8 Photonjet ptmin = 10GeV
29 : JS pythia8 Photonjet ptmin = 20GeV
The simulations include the tracking pass tracking
use
CreateFileList.pl -run 21 -type 11 -nop DST_CALO_CLUSTER
For run 22 we also have pileup (300kHz, 700, 1100 kHz). The calos are only sensitive for interactions within the same bunchcrossing, if you want to see how this affects your data, use run 22. The pileup scenarios are stil running, you might not find the one you are looking for. The pileup rate is a parameter (in kHz):
CreateFileList.pl -run 22 -type 12 -pileup 300 DST_CALO_CLUSTER
Last not least, we have single particle sims for gamma,s pi0 and etas (using a +-120cm vertex range and |eta| <2 to have full coverage even at vertices at 120cm):
