Here are the minutes from the meeting (sorry for the delay).  Feel free to send any comments, complaints, corrections, etc.

- All 30 sectors completed, construction now started on fiber bundles

- Fiber bundles: inspection, cutting, wrapping, and stuffing to happen at Lehigh; completed bundles to be shipped to Boulder and Greensboro for polishing

- Rosi is having weekly meetings with Eric to ensure that all electronics components are ordered, accounted for, etc

- Cosmics tests ongoing but some key pieces of good news already: sectors that were good in Boulder are also good at BNL; low light yield tiles have similar width/maximum as normal tiles, suggesting they are still usable and will just need to be scaled up in software
