Hi All,

Here are the minutes.  Feel free to reply with any comments, complaints, corrections, etc.

Regards,

Ron

- No additional ADCs can be built before Run-23, and currently 17 are not working.  Not known if they can be fixed.  sEPD ADCs will need to be borrowed, perhaps from high eta EMCal?  Reminder: 64 channels per ADC board, 744 channels, 12 ADC boards needed.

- 23 fiber bundles have been assembled

- Cosmics scans at BNL continue.  Missing tile on slide 6 was problem with scan and files need to be merged, no real issue.  Some technical issues with extracting the width correctly and comparing to STAR.  Various methods can be tried, e.g. determining FWHM (~2.355 sigma for a Gaussian).  Rosi will check STAR code to ensure proper comparison

- Storage used for HCal tiles can be used for sEPD sectors

- Extended technical discussion on electronics and channel debugging.  Steve can build an illuminator based on the one used for the HCal.  Approximately impossible to debug mismatched channels once operations start, so everything needs to be checked carefully prior to and during installation
