sPHENIX Event Plane Detector discussion

I can't think of anything we need to monitor or control that we don't 
have already--we see the voltages and currents at the power supply and 
at the interface boards; we have temperature monitoring on the preamps 
and SiPM boards read via the interface boards.  We'll need the interlock 
on the preamp cooling loop, we don't need to know the flow.  The 
detector is a piece of plastic, not much to monitor there.  We probably 
ought to put a few thermocouples inside the magnet including a couple 
near the sEPD, I suppose, which might include some near the sEPD, but 
that isn't necessarily under the sEPD umbrella.
