Here are some brief minutes from the sEPD meeting.  Feel free to send comments, complaints, corrections, etc.

Rosi shared an Excel spreadsheet with order status and expected delivery dates and also with various tasks that need to be completed and estimated times needed.  She will convert it to a google doc and share that with the list so we can all see the real time updates.  Tristan is working on a Gantt chart for the electrical integration, this will be shared soon.  CEM will receive the PC board no later than Tuesday May 30 and it will take two weeks from that point to build the boards.  The short meritec cables will be delivered to LU soon, and will be driven to BNL as soon as they’re received.  We discussed some issues with the cooling for the SiPM box.  Rosi will meet with Chris Pontieri and Russ Feder to discuss any additional parts that need to be ordered for the SiPM box (like internal supports and external mounting).  Jimmy LaBounty did the internal cooling for the EMCal, so he will do that for us as well.  It’s not clear whether brazing can be done at the lab, but we think Mike Lenz did some for the EMCal so maybe he can do it for us too.  Rosi will talk to Rob Pisani to figure out which parts need to be ordered for the cooling panel (flow meters, flow switches, pressure transmitters, miscellaneous parts).  Mike Lenz will do the assembly of the cooling panel.  The cooling panel installation in the IR needs to not interfere with other ongoing work, and will take some time because lines need to be run.
