Good point.  At some point we'll have to come up with an author list, which I am more inclined to be inclusive with, but everyone who spent a lot of time on construction certainly should be added to make sure we gather all the details.

Especially with regards to the construction process, it would be good for Adeeb, Brennan, Jasleen, and Valerie to have access to help fill in any details the rest of us may overlook!  There were many small tweaks to the process along the way and I suspect their notes and memory will be helpful.
