sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

I am still ironing out some kinks but we have a tagged software version 
(release pro.1-beta), a production build and output for single particle 
simulations with the current reference design (1d and 2d spacal). The 
output is readable with any new build, if you want to switch to the 
production build (really not needed when you analyze those files) you can do

source /opt/sphenix/core/bin/sphenix_setup.csh -n pro

which sets you up with the production build.

The output is for the 1d sim under 
/gpfs02/phenix/prod/sPHENIX/preCDR/spacal1d
where you find the macros used to produce it and under fieldmap the 
field on sims (using Achims new fieldmap which should match our outer 
hcal dimensions), under zerofield field off sims.

Under /gpfs02/phenix/prod/sPHENIX/preCDR/spacal2d you find the same for 
the 2d spacal. simulations for 50GeV/c are still to come, those were 
initially running into a condor memory eviction.

Have a look and send the list of needed improvements so I don't have to 
repeat the more expensive hijing/pythia sims too often.
