Hi Jin,

I would like to add a discussion to the agenda about what needs to be done (and who does what) to understand the pattern recognition performance of all of our tracking options.

The major goal will be to settle on some performance metrics and start working on a time line for simulations to address them.

Current on the agenda, there are a few major features proposed/added to the repository. We will go through them on the GitHub page (liked to agenda). Then Xiaochun will show many recent progress on simulating the HCal prototype for the Apr 2016 beam test.
