sPHENIX discussion of software

Dear All,

 

The Doxygen software reference site for sPHENIX has been updated to include the analysis, macros and tutorials repositories besides the coresoftware respository: https://www.phenix.bnl.gov/WWW/sPHENIX/doxygen/html/

 

Now we can use the search box on right top of this site to navigate to user analysis module, like John’s Hcal analysis module. We can also see how a piece of function get called in other part of the software enterprise, like PHG4Hit::get_light_yield() is used by PHAna::fill_sf_ntuple(), HCALAnalysis::process_event(), EMCalAna::process_event_SF(), EMCalCalib::process_event_SF(), etc, as listed in its Reference-By list. You are also welcome to browse the directory structure as on GitHub: https://www.phenix.bnl.gov/WWW/sPHENIX/doxygen/html/files.html .
