Hi folks,

I needed to recompile fastjet and took the opportunity to upgrade it to the latest (3.1.3 --> 3.2.0, as well as the underlying CGAL, gmp and mpfr) The release notes indicate that they made it easier to use it for clustering which sounds like something we need.

There is one interface change though - the order of arguments in the JetDefinition has changed and if you use the previous order you get a deprecated message (and if you compile with -Werror it stops right there. We had 2 occurrences in our core software (PHPythis8 and G4Jets) which I updated to the new ordering. The current new build uses the updated version already.
