HI All,

The tracking meeting to organize the sPHENIX tracking upgrade effort this morning was very successful. Christof posted some slides showing the proposed flow of the tracking software, and also created a Google document with a specific list of tasks.

During the discussion we expanded the Google document task list, and added names of volunteers to all of the tasks.

Hi All,

We will have a special tracking meeting on Tuesday March 21 at 10:30 am EDT to organize the tracking upgrade effort. The goal is to come away from the meeting with a specific list of tasks, names associated with each task, and a timetable.

Christof will come to the meeting with a specific proposed task list that we will use as the basis for discussion.

This meeting is intended to be organizational, so progress updates on tracking simulations should come in the simulations meeting on Tuesday at 1:00 pm EDT.

I will create an agenda page and send around a reminder tomorrow.
