Hi folks,

I added support for postgres and dCache to our root version and while at 
it switched to the latest gsl version. It is now part of the new build 
but when loading own previously linked libraries it might demand the 
previous gsl version even after re-linking.

The reason are those *.la files which are used by libtool to track which 
libraries need to be linked. So if you run into this problem
dlopen error: libgsl.so.19: cannot open shared object file: No such file 
or directory
you need to wipe your build (make clean is good enough) and install area 
(rm) and rebuild your code,
