sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi Christoph,

I tried the default macro with the new build and I do see tracks (from 
those 2 pions in the default macro I assume).

I assume it's the rebuilding, with this change one has to basically wipe 
the install and build areas, just to force a recompile of everything.
