[Sphenix-software-l] filesystem moves tomorrow

Hi folks,

BlueArc reached the end of its life and we have to move our remaining filesystems to gpfs. The move is scheduled to start tomorrow at around 11am, any process accessing those filesytems will be killed. The filesystems are

/phenix/analysis/vtx
/phenix/upgrades/decadal
/sphenix/data/data03

/phenix/analysis/vtx will be moved to /gpfs04/phenix/vtx01, the softlink everyone should use by now (/phenix/vtx/vtx01) will be updated. This filesystem contains millions of small files, the rsync will take approximately 10 hours.

/phenix/analysys/tb (PbGl test beam analysis by Chase from Colorado) will be moved to /sphenix/users/chase

/phenix/upgrades/decadal will be moved to /sphenix/users/decadal (in the hope this will be cleaned up at some point and/or users will move the files they use to their /sphenix/users area).

The three subdirectories of /sphenix/data/data03 will be moved to /sphenix/data/data02
