Hi Everyone

With a few coming conferences coming in the next 1-2 weeks, we will cancel the simulation and software meeting until after QM19. Nonetheless, there has been many work on going on the GitHub pull requests, in particular the effort towards incorporating gcc8.3 and ACTS. Further discussions on the email list and GitHub will be welcomed too.
