Hi all,

This is directed to those attending in person the EIC full detector simulation tutorial on Wednesday Jan 29 at BNL, the latest in the series organized by the EICUG Software Working Group...

Coffee and snacks will be provided morning and afternoon in the large seminar room lobby. There are presently no food services operating at the lab so lunch requires other arrangements (hence the 2hr lunch slot). We plan to order in pizza for those interested (again, the seminar room lobby), with pizza eaters contributing to the cost, and for those wishing to go outside the lab, we encourage drivers and passengers to informally congregate for carpooling in the lobby after the morning session. We also plan a group dinner on Wed evening at Painter’s, about a 15min drive from the lab
