    Hi folks,
    
    I am forwarding a message from rcf about their operations during the
    Min-Safe operation of BNL. Trouble shooting will be a bit slower now
    (I can't just walk down the aisle to talk to them) but otherwise I
    don't expect major problems. The only thing I would ask for is that
    trouble tickets go via me instead of filing them directly with rcf.
    This way I get a feeling of what's going not so well and they have
    less distractions.

SDCC is in full remote operations mode at the moment. As BNL is transitioning to a minimal operating mode ("Min-Safe") at 1 p.m. today (03/23/2020), physical access to SDCC will be permitted only for hardware failures or to fix unexpected outages until further notice. Upgrades may be delayed.
