Hi folks,

the new macros under common kept their history (use git log --follow), so there was no need to jump through any hoops (which didn't work anyway). I just added the event generator configuration files to our calibrations so we keep only one copy around rather than copying those files around. I would say that's the end of support for the macros under g4simulation, they'll be left as they are until we get tired of this and remove them.
