Hi folks,

I removed the remnants of root 5 from our repo (removed the MAKEROOT6 from our configure.ac and Makefile.am, removed obsolete LinkDef.h files and got rid of the various #if !defined(__CINT__) || defined(__CLING__) in our header files). I also removed 2 libraries which just contained root5 dictionaries. In total it's 141 changed files in many subdirectories. It shouldn't interfere with your local changes but please update your forks to avoid messy PRs.
