Hi folks,

it looks like I had an inconsistent environment when the newest G4 version was crashing on me. Now everything seems to work and it also valgrind can't find anything wrong with it. Since this is the version I would like to use for the MDC, I just changed our default build which was just released to this.

I do not see any changes for in terms of running this but the actual simulation results might change a bit (according to the release notes our previous version 10.05.p01 is very similar, 10.6 is basically 10.05 optimized for speed).
The previous build with root 6.16.00 and G4 10.05.p01 will be available as "old" version soon (that version needs to be implemented under gcc 8.3).

A debug version of this (with root and G4 compiled unoptimized) will follow soon.
