sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

I lost track of who is using this fieldmap - so let me send this to the 
software list.
the Babar 3d fieldmap is too large to put into github and as a quick fix 
I copied it to 
/cvmfs/sphenix.sdcc.bnl.gov/gcc-8.3/opt/sphenix/core/fieldmaps/sphenix3dbigmapxyz.root.
We have now a "calibration repo" in cvmfs, our builds create softlinks 
to those files (to save space with our many builds copies of 300MB files 
add up quickly). The directory structure of the cvmfs area 
(/cvmfs/sphenix.sdcc.bnl.gov/gcc-8.3/opt/sphenix/core/calibrations) 
resembles what we have in github which then gets copied to 
$CALIBRATIONROOT. The 3d fieldmap is available under

$CALIBRATIONROOT/Field/Map/sphenix3dbigmapxyz.root

We can add other large calibrations files if needed - they will be 
copied automatically. Before anyone asks - I propagated this to the eic 
and ecce (which needs an update of the utilities). They can put separate 
calibration files into their area if needed, it doesn't need to be common.

I leave the old fieldmap intact for the time being - no need to panic
