So you are right, maybe this was not a good idea to mention the MUTR calibrations :)

Now I remember they were injecting a pulse on the wires and read the signal on the cathode strips. Right ? And then this was used in turn to set the per channel threshold, and ADC gain, once per fill. Do I remember right ?

We 'might' need something similar for the TPOT, I need to think about it. Is something similar is envisioned for the GEMS ?
