sPHENIX discussion of software

Tomorrow’s meeting [1], beside the usual discussions, contains a round-table 
focused on updates on Calibration/Alignment related tasks. 
All sub-systems are expected to present a short report : either following up 
on the first round of presentations or, if it’s the first time, a starting 
plan (refer to [2] for what we continue to be interested in hearing from 
everybody).
