sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

I didn't send a decent announcement and we didn't have the chance to 
discuss this in the last software meeting (the one which got cancelled 
because of the eic detector selection announcement).

We switched to the new acts version which included an upgrade of root, 
g4 and pretty much all 3rd party software. It doesn't affect the results 
but APIs have changed and code build previously against our build will 
not work anymore. You need to resync your fork and recompile your 
libraries against the current new build.

I see that we now get a warning when opening DSTs like

Warning in <TClass::Init>: no dictionary for class 
pair<int,PHG4CylinderGeom_Spacalv3::geom_tower> is available

From the name it's from the spacal but I haven't figured out where this 
one comes from yet. It must be related to the new root version and it 
shows up when opening files which were produced with our current "new" 
build. At least it doesn't seem to crash.
